Aspiring RE Investor in Houston, Texas!

Hello! I am a new member of Bigger Pockets and I LOVE what I am seeing so far. I listen to the podcasts daily and I am really starting to figure out where I think my "niche" will be. I live in the north west part of town, but I am a real estate agent who works out of the Heights/Inner Loop area. Soon I will be moving closer downtown to be near my specialty area. I love what I do, and I am excited about expanding real estate to my own personal investing portfolio!
