Hello all! I am new to investment properties. I've been looking into it for about 2 years, but I just got back from living overseas the past 6 years. I just bought my first home that is my primary residence, but plan to rent out when I move in the next 4 to 5 years. I am looking now for my first rental property by Spring 2017. I have the 20% for down payment and just looking for advice. I live in San Antonio (military) but looking in the Clarksville, TN area (37042). Anyone done business in that area? Looking forward to growing and learning from you all!
