Turned down for preapproval
I've had a few misfortunes this year due to a duplex that I have that has drained my pockets and put me in some debt. I was trying to find another duplex with good cash flow to get me out of the situation but I was disapproved because of my debt to income ratio. I have excellent credit but they did not want to approve me for the loan. Any recommendations on what my next move should be?
