Hello BP. I am a new investor in Jacksonville. I would like to wholesale and also do a few quick flips for turnkey buyers in Jacksonville, Houston and north east Columbia sc. I recently joined Jax reia and a few other groups. Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated and hopefully we can work together on some deals.

If you want to "try" wholesaling, consider acting as a bird dog for the dominant wholesaler in your market. You will learn and earn while you do it.
