Rookie from Los Angeles, California

hello there,

My name is Argin Simonian and I currently live in Los Angeles California. I received my bachelors degree in 2015 and worked for a mortgage broker for over a year. There I figured I could be successful in real estate. I also drove for ride share companies and came through a writer who referred bigger pockets to me. I've been listening to the podcasts for the past two months and you guys been a great guidance. My goal is to pay off my debts by completing some transactions and move to real estate investment after.
