Good Chicago Property Management Company??

Question

I recently purchased a 2-flat in the south side of Chicago and wondered if anybody had any experience with a good Property Management company. Just looking for standard upkeep of the property and contact with the tenants. Property is rehabbed so no need for any handyman. Thanks!!

Agreed, for two-unit building a property management company will need to charge more than you will probably be willing to pay. Hire a handyman to do lawn care and snow removal and service tenant requests. Then have a rolodex of tradesmen to call if something goes wrong.

Another option would be turn key rentals in lower income neighborhoods with section 8 in order to get cash flow. With the price points there you may be able to find an investment property
