New Realtor and Investor in Phoenix, AZ

Hey everyone, my name is Braiden Kurowski and I'm a native to Phoenix, AZ! 

I'm pretty new to real estate, I started as an agent in August! I got into real estate knowing that eventually I wanted to flip and have a large rental portfolio that provided passive income and a lifestyle of freedom. But, I didn't think I could start investing at 23 without capital. That was, until I found a blog post from Bigger Pockets!
