Newbie in San Antonio Texas Area
Hello all!
I'm a primary homeowner interested in increasing my number of horizontal revenue streams (thanks bp podcasts)! I'm very interested in small multi-families or a couple single family's in the Schertz/Selma/New Braunfels area. Currently looking to start building a team so any recommendations for accounting, legal, PM's, or GC's would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

We manage quite a few properties in the Selma/Schertz/Cibolo area. Rents are generally pretty good and market times are quite reasonable. As long as the house is in good shape and has great curb appeal, that area works.
