Considering building a duplex or quadplex in north dallas

Hi everyone, I'm currently thinking about purchasing some land to develop a duplex or quadplex for rental and I have about 10,000 sqft to work with. This is my first multi family development so I am still not sure what's the price range for a new build out would be. If anyone with experience regarding estimated cost of build out in the north dallas area that would be a big help. I'm planning to do a 3/2 for each unit or a 2/1.5. Thanks everyone for the help.
