Hola everyone, my name is Tony and I've lived in So Cal all my life. I'm 30 years old and about 5 years ago I bought my first house. I think it's time to start taking investing serious now and put my money to work. I'm interested in flips and rentals. My wife is an amazing attorney and I know her skills will definitely help here. Our current house has about $250k in equity and we don't know what to do with that. Looking forward to learning from everyone here .
