Florida New at Tax deed . Need advice

I'm a new investor trying  to  jump into  buying  taxs deeds. I have a question? Let say I win an auction of a deed. So do I own the property out right?  By the way I'm in Florida. 

Any recommendations on pod cast or form where I can get more information.
