Co-Wholesaling My Way to Profits...Hopefully

Hi everyone! This is my first official post on BP. I am interested in co-wholesaling in DC/MD/VA. My goal for 2017 is to network, participate, and make a lot of calls to wholesalers in the first quarter. Cold calling keeps me shaking in my boots, but I did get one yes today, that's something.
