Disclosure in Agreement of Sale

Hey BP!

I have a question for all the wholesalers out there.  In your AOS do you have a clause in there which states that you will be making a profit from the purchase of said property or do you disclose this to the seller when you speak with them?

I don't necessarily agree with the above advice.

I always put this statement .. ( since I am licensed and your licensed and the other person is licensed) this won't hurt you can only help you.

" Buyer is a licensed real estate broker in the state of ??? and is a principal in this transaction and is buying this property for Loss or Profit .....  "

I believe in full transparency in these deals.
