Sarasota Florida Condo Investment

Hi all,

Just wanted to reach out and get some advice regarding the Sarasota market. I am looking to buy a condo for my grandparents who are moving there in the range of $125k. I want in to be within 20 min of Siesta key, have 2 bedrooms and be relatively turn key. From what I am seeing, this area seems to be around a 1% return in terms of rental property investments. I am interested to hear your thoughts/advice on my future Sarasota purchase!
