Motivated Construction and Real Estate Couple

My girlfriend and I are looking to start flipping houses in the Columbus, OH area in about a year and wanting to learn as much as possible until then. I have a Bachelor in Construction Management with lots of experience and she is in real estate school to get her license. Any help is appreciated!
