Who Is Your Favorite Property Manager in Philly?

Hi BP!

I'm a year in with my first duplex and looking for property management recommendations.  The duplex is located in southwest and I just don't have the time to handle maintenance calls for the tenant. (Second unit is vacant and being worked on.)  I'm looking for recommendations, suggestions, words of wisdom on how to handle this.  I find many aspects of being a landlord enjoyable so far but doing small repairs myself is something that I have decided I never want to do.  Thank you!
