Newbie from Nottingham England moving to San Antonio texas

Good evening all

I am saying hi from the other side for now but within this year we should be relocating to sunny San Antonio, Texas . I have been learning and reading all about the different ways of flipping and seller finance and cannot wait to get going. I have a mentor with my father in law how lives in San Antonio and had been doing for quite a few years however I don't to want to rely on him and want to start networking and make connections for when we finnaly get over.
