Allentown-Easton-Bethlehem Investing

Hello All,

I'm looking to get some insight on buy and hold multifamily investing in the Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton area.  I currently live in Boston, MA, but my brother lives in Whitehall and works at Moravian College.  I'm mainly looking for a buy and hold MF in a B area (would consider others, but not D), in which he would house hack.  I feel that my money would go further and be safer splitting a property with him (helping him as well) than in my inflated market.

So i guess in general with this post, I'm hoping to hear from anyone who has experience in the area, specific areas to invest in, connections with investor friendly RE agents/contractors/property managers, anything will help.  I look forward to hearing from you!
