Lenders for Multi-family property

Hello All,

I'm an active new member on bigger pockets. I'm learned a lot since I joined a month ago. I own my primary residence and a SF rental property. I'm looking to buy a multi family unit this year, probably soon if I find a good one. My understanding is most of the lenders require 20 or 25 percent down. Are there any lenders out there who accepts less than 20 or 25 %.

Thank you.
