Seller’s agent recommendation in San Marcos?

Question

Any recommendations for an experienced agent in San Marcos with expertise in small MF? My wife and I have an eight-unit apartment (two 4-plexes) that we’re considering selling in the fall. Current rents are just under $6,600 per month and the units are all leased up with a mix of locals and students. We have a good SF agent for our Austin investments, but would like an agent that understands the local San Marcos MF market.

@Dave Randall I have a friend who works between San Marcos and New Braunsfels in the commercial space - usually the apartments he brokers are 24+, but I'm sure he'd be happy to talk to you and see if he can help. Let me know if you'd like his information.

I have worked down in San Marcos, TX. for more than 6 1/2 years. I worked as an apartment locator for most of that time and through that experience I know the San Marcos MF market like the back of my hand. I have lots of multi-family experience, even down in San Marcos, but am in Austin as well.  If you want I am happy to help or am happy to recommend people in our offices down in South Austin that deal with San Marcos daily.
