Hard Money Lenders in Hampton Roads, VA

Hi BP,

Im currently seeking hard money lenders in the Hampton Roads, VA area. At the moment, I have one rental property but because I'm six months short of being a landlord for 2 years, conventional lender is not an option at this time. I found a couple of properties that I'm interest and one that I would really like to put an offer on but need to secure financing before I move forward. If anyone knows of any creditable lenders in the area please let me know. Thanks in advance for all the help and feed back.
