If you were to flip your first house again what would you do differently or what do you wish you would've done? Wanting to flip my first house towards late march. I have been studying, reading and getting things in place so I can but still have a few things I still got to do. Just want to know these things from experienced house flippers! So I know what I should possibly do or look for while flipping my first house! Thanks BP!

I would show up to a current job site your contractor is doing and see if he is present, see if workers are actually working on it, and see if they do quality work.

Don't take a contractor's word for it!
