tile estimate per square foot on LONG ISLAND. 140 square feet
I am currently renovating one of my rentals on LONG ISLAND . Im looking to have the kitchen floor retiled (140 square feet) The floor is ready to be tiled. The kitchen cabinets and appliances have already been pulled out. I have all supplies needed at the jobsite (tiles,grout,etc) How much a square foot should i be paying

Labor should be around $2.50 per sq ft (for quality workmanship) for floor tiles plus materials (tile, thinset, grout, misc.) Of course rates in NY could easily differ but not too far off from CA
