Success prediction in commercial real estate

Hello BP,

Does anyone know where can I find records and data about projects of new construction in commercial real estate? I'm looking for a resource or a database that contains records of this type of projects from start to finish - from the first phase till it sold. I want to create a statistical model that can predict if a certain construction project will succeed or not. Therefore I need a source or a database with as many projects as possible.
