What Happens When I Find A Deal

I'm about to go door knocking (starting Sunday) and it just dawned on me, "what do I do when I actually get a house under contract?" Can I just post it on here? Where do I find the investors to take over the deal? I'm just so excited and ready to get out there and start finding deals that the "what happens when I find one" thought landed on me like a ton of bricks.
