Cinci single family investment properties

Hey all, I'm brand new to bigger pockets and am excited to start networking. I'm a real estate agent in the Cincinnati area and work for a brokerage that focuses on selling investment properties to rehabbers. We get about 4-5 properties in a week. We also offer financing on all of our properties as well. How many of you invest in the cinci area?? Looking to make some connections!
