Detroit real estate rentals and flips
Hi fellow BP members,
I've been looking at Detroit for out-of-state investments for rentals and flips. The other discussions recommend finding honest crew in Detroit, who can take good care of my homes and inform me of further investments. Can anybody give me some referrals who they have done business with in Detroit? Are there any RE meet ups that happen in Detroit over the weekend. I'm thinking of flying there in 3 weeks.

Hitesh Jain I'll be closing on one of my projects at the end of this month. It's a flip near Ann Arbor about 35 min from Detroit.
I also have another project that is on the home stretch of completion and it's 1 min from Detroit.
