"Wholesaler-Friendly" Real Estate Lawyer

Hello, I was looking for a lawyer to review my P&S agreement as well as my assignment contract for wholesaling properties. Does anyone have any suggestions for a reasonably priced lawyer in Washington who will do a document review. Again, I need a lawyer who has a GURU level of proficiency and understanding of wholesaling and assignments.
