Generate Philadelphia Rehab Property Leads

Hi Bigger Pockets Community,

My father and I are trying to get started as real estate investors within the Philadelphia area and work towards completing our first deal. 

If anyone has leads on properties that would be good candidates for a rehab, buy and flip project or any advice and words of encouragement we would gladly appreciate it.
