So hard to know when to sell or just hold
Currently have a 6 unit in Belle Vernon, PA. Have owned it for 6 years and remodeled 5 of the units, new roof, full occupancy, in nice area - but just getting tired of being a landlord as my kids get older and require more attention. Gross rent is almost $3k. If I decide to sell, when is the best time of year and is there a reverse formula to know sale price??
