Hey guys,

Has anyone read some solid books that teaches the basics and mechanics of structuring and syndicating medium to large sized multi family buildings? Thanks!

The problem is that this is a difficult subject to cover in a book.  So much depends on the structure of your investment, your state, etc.  

The Sam Freshman book is worth reading, but the real education is in the real world doing deals.  

Joel Block's Dealmaking Symposium is the best training in the country on learning to syndicate real estate deals.
