Hard Money Lender for Louisiana

Hello,

I'm a real estate investor in Lafayette, Louisiana looking for a hard money lender for the area. I would be using the loans to rehab properties. I have a sound exit strategy, good credit, and reasonable capital available for rehabbing the property but need funds to secure the purchase. Any help out there?
