month by month rent in Virginia

Hi all,

First time I have a tenant with month by month Lease. She has occupied the condo for two and a half months and now she wants to move out already. The property is in Virginia. If she leaves in the middle

of month should I charge her prorated rent or for the whole month? I appreciate any input in this subject.
