Newbie from New Orleans, Louisiana

Hi BP community! My name is Ryan Rogers and I'm excited about joining the BP family. I'm currently transitioning from full time educator to full time real estate investor with the plan to better support my family. I'm learning new things everyday about the business and eager for more. My focus is wholesaling in my market with the plan to flip properties in the near future.
