New to real estate investing

HI, I am fairly new to real estate investing and Bigger Pockets web site. I am a young military member stationed on Camp Pendleton CA so I do work a full time job. I would like to get into real estate and create monthly cash flow threw multi family properties. I am looking for a mentor someone who could share some knowledge and give some guidance.
