Contractor needed (Chicago Humboldt Park 60651)

Hello BP members,

2200 finished Square Feet 2 flat gut rehab project (Plus partially finished basement). Mold in basement and upper level. Roof has a hole in it. Will need an estimate for roof, demo/drywall installation, pluming, hvac, electric, flooring. I will do the painting, windows and kitchen/bath installation. Back porch is in good shape and garage is in good shape. structurally the building seems in great shape.

Time is of the essence obviously due to the hole in the roof/Chicago rainy weather. Please feel free to reach out to me. I will respond to any questions within minutes.
