Newbie looking for an experienced rehabber/flipper in the Southeastern U.S.

I am a new investor looking to begin rehabbing/flipping houses. I am hoping to find an experienced investor who would be willing to help me get started. I have already spent countless hours on the forums/blogs and have come across an amazing amount of helpful & valuable information. But, I would also love the opportunity to simply follow/shadow someone for a couple of weeks, take notes, and learn everything I can about how they do deals and how their business works on a day-to-day basis. Of course, I am also willing to help out in any way that I can.

My background is in architecture, so I have a good grasp of the technical aspects of construction materials and methods. However, I realize that this is only a small part of completing a successful rehab.

If anyone is willing to help me out or can point me in the direction of someone who could, I would greatly appreciate it. Any other advice is also welcome.

Thanks
