Austin, TX 78744 (Franklin Park Area)

Hello All,

I was curious if anyone of you has had experience or knowledge around the Franklin park area (78744)?

I would be looking to buy and hold with some rental action--- hopefully of 150-200$ cash flow. It seems that area is slowly getting a little better.
