New to BP, not to real estate from Baltimore, MD

Hi everyone, I'm Gina!  While I am new to the BiggerPockets community, I'm not new to real estate. By trade, I am a Special Education teacher, but I've also always had a deep-rooted interest in real estate. Currently, I own one buy-and-hold rental, and am considering my next investment.  I'm thrilled to get started on the forums, and look forward to connecting.
