Have 1031 fund - Looking for investment opportunities

This is my first post, I have been a long time lurker. Finally decided to turn to the BP forums for help considering my limited time frame. 

I will have a 1031 fund from the sale of my home that I am closing in a few weeks. 

I have a small window of time to identify and invest in a few opportunities. 

I have been looking in the MIAMI-DADE area, but have yet to come across anything that has really grabbed my attention. 

I have been concentrating on multifamily properties but I am open to any opportunities right now with the right return (in Miami-Dade) . 

Where can I go or who can I meet with to find some real estate opportunities? Is there any groups in the area?  I would be happy to start this weekend looking at properties.
