Hello. My name is Allie & my husband and I looking for a General Contractor in Tampa Bay Area, specifically Saint Petersburg. We are planning on using a 203k to rehab a cottage w/ a small rental apartment above the garage. Any suggestions on contractors would be greatly appreciated!
