Getting your real estate license as an investor

How do you find a broker that will simply let you hang your license without fees or commission splitting? I am part of 2 man investor partnership that has secured 7 million dollars in funds. Could I use this fact to persuade a broker to Let me keep 100% commission and bypass any large fees? After all, I would be bringing them quite a lot of business. At the very least, is it feasible to negotiate to a 90/10  or 80/20 split? Or perhaps a small monthly fee?

Google:  broker sponsorship (Your City) @Austin J.

You should be able to find a Discount broker no problem that will do exactly what you are requesting.

Here is a link to a video I made that will answer all your questions.
