Recommendations for a new Dallas Investor

Good Afternoon! I am new to Bigger Pockets and Dallas Real Estate. I have a goal to buy one to two rental properties before the end of 2017 but does anyone have a recommendation on which market to look into for a new but long term investor? My price would be under $130,000, and 3bed2bath layout, and would like to get 1% or more in rent. Any recommendation on  real estate agents?

That's far from accurate. Generally... the place you'll be able to find deals that work in terms of yield are south of I-30. My company services institutional groups and they have been long gone out of Plano. Mostly Lancaster, Desoto, Arlington, Azle, Fort Worth, Waxahachie, etc. have your agent lead you to those cities. Taxes and yield will crush you anywhere else.
