New to Real Estate Investing!

Greetings! I am currently a medical device engineer and am trying to start a path into real estate investing. I have been trolling around the forum trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible. I would like to start off by building some capital through joint venture partnerships or possibly wholesale and make my way into flipping!
