HI, I AM TRYING To USE THE CALCULATOR AND I M JUST GETTING neg ROI- SO CAN I GET SOME HELP ON THIS BASIC STEP? HOUSE 34900. I WANT TO PAY FoR THE HOUSE. I want to borrow from a lender 25k with 10%. 3 months to fix. Once fix do the brrr and pay private lender . the house after been fix in that area shows 100k.
