Should I have a team in place before investing?
As the title states, I would like to know if I should have a team in place before I start investing or if I can jump into it and find people as I go?

When I bought my first 8 unit I had never seen a lease. I had to find some generic one online and have a female friend I know that worked at an apartment complex meet me and new tenants to help fill it out.
I'd find workers for AC, roof, etc on Craigslist. Find insurance guys and learn about saving on trash contracts from others I met doing the same thing.
No harm in building a team but don't let that stop you when the right deal comes. You'll end up a perpetual looker -- never a buyer
