growing inventory lack of buyers

i am starting to get ahead of myself a little bit with my wholesale deals. its to the point where i have properties under contract in pa,fl,nc,sc,ny,tx just in the last week or so does anyone have any advice for moving properties in other states or building a national level buyers list?

Congrats on buying 6 homes.

 They don't teach moral and legal in guru "wholesaling" classes....if they did most of these people would disappear.
