Looking for the first flip in Orlando Florida
Hi everyone
I'm finally ready to pull the trigger on my first flip in Orlando area, and looking to connect
With wholesalers/investors.. Etc. I'm fully aware that there is not a whole lot of good deals available in Orlando market and the prices have gone up tremendously.
Also be willing to shadow and help -with anything- anybody doing a flip right now.

Don't believe there are no good deals, there are. You have to get creative and not depend on wholesalers. There is a lot of competition it that is with anything. If you have cash to buy, then you can find a good deal. The question becomes how bad do you want it?
