Seeking a Real Estate agent for first investment

I'm new to REI and very excited to get started. I've done lots of research and feel ready to take the next step. I plan on pursuing a buy and hold strategy with apartments in downtown Chicago. Since I'm so new to this, I'm looking for a good reliable real estate agent in the area who can help me find and close a deal on my first investment! Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated!
