Using you personal residence Home Equity to invest

@George Ostojic, I have used this strategy and it has worked great. I used it for down payments on owner finance deals, rehabs, and even whole purchases. I just make sure I pay that money back first before I try to pay myself anything or go after other deals. I use it similar to the BRRRR strategy as I use it then pay it back until I find another deal and then repeat. I like the method as I am not paying for the money if I'm not using it.
